Here's A Brief Overview Of Who I Am
Andrew is a specialist in Contract Management, Claims, Negotiation and Alternative Dispute Resolution within the construction industry.
He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb) and a Mediator accredited by the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution who holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Construction Law and an Honours Degree in Building Services Quantity Surveying.
He has been trained in and practical the use of FIDIC contracts and in negotiation strategies and techniques by the London School of Economics. He is adept with FIDIC, NEC, JCT, SBCC and the AS (Australian Standard) standard forms of contract and the nuances arising from modifying those contracts to suit the applicable law of the State or Country.
